Shade Canyon is committed to ensuring all of our students are fed healthy meals. To that end, we also are required to collect free/reduced meal plan eligibility information for all of our families. 

 

Please complete the Free/Reduced Meal program form linked below and bring it to the office or e-mail it to us.  Even if you will not use the service, or know you do not qualify, the information obtained in it is essential for maintaining our funding.  We need to submit this information to the State.
